Description: She has waist length chestnut brown hair, which she usually keeps
braided. She has pale blue eyes and a fair complexion. She is 5'4" and 100
pounds.
Mental abilities: She has Empathy, Telepathy and Telekinesis, but they are all
untested. It is not sure what other abilities she has or how she has them, since
they other half of her heritage is unknown.

Personal History: Her birthplace, like so many other things about her history,
is unknown, but it is believed she was born on Earth somewhere. She was found
laying next to her dead mother on the steps of the Medical Center in San
Francisco. there was no record of her mother anywhere and Aerissa was too young
to know very much.
She was adopted by the then Captain Gainsly and Doctor Gainsly and raised on
Earth in San Francisco. She lead a very...odd life, since her mother was
stationed on Earth and her father in space till he was promoted to Commodore.
She was sent to regular schools and then entered the Academy at age 17, majoring
in Medicine and minoring in Biology.
Ever since she was younger, Aerissa had a keen talent for music and dance. She
was trained in all forms of Earth dance and was trained in voice, piano and
flute. She still plays and dances, but she usually keeps her talents to
herself...Though someone in the senior staff where she is stationed always seems
to find out.
At age 14, her strange abilities became obvious. She was taken to SFI ans SFM
for tests, but nothing could be found as to how or why she had these abilities.
She was taken to SFM to be trained in how to use them, but she seemed to be
naturally able to use them, though she doesn't know how.
Service Record:
At age 21, she graduated from the Academe with degrees in Medicine and Biology
and was stationed at SFM for two years as an Intern. At age 22, she was
stationed at Starbase Nova as part of the medical staff. She was promoted to
Lt.JG while there and also to Assistant-CMO while there. At age 26, she took a
year leave from Starfleet, due to personal reasons. She returned after her 27th
birthday and has been stationed as the CMO of the USS Benedict.
Awards:
She received the Medical Red Cross award while stationed at Starbase Nova for
her courage under fire during a Romulan attack. That was also what got her a
promotion to Lt.JG and to Assistant-CMO.
